At CreditPe, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with both our services and products. This Refund Policy covers refunds for property management services, CreditPe Store purchases, groceries, and meal subscriptions.

1. Property Management Services

  • Eligibility for Refunds:
    • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original payment.
    • Refunds apply only to unused services or if the service provided does not match the description.
    • Services that have been rendered or are partially completed are non-refundable.
  • How to Request a Refund:
    • Contact our customer support team at support@creditpe.com with your account details, transaction ID, and a brief explanation.
    • We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  • Processing Time:
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
    • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Non-Refundable Services:
    • Custom services, one-time fees, and promotional offers are non-refundable.
    • Fees related to third-party services or integrations are also non-refundable.

2. CreditPe Store (E-commerce Platform)

  • Eligibility for Refunds:
    • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
    • Refunds apply to damaged or defective products. Please provide evidence of the issue.
  • How to Request a Refund:
    • Email support@creditpe.com with your order number, details of the issue, and supporting evidence (e.g., photos of damaged items).
    • We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  • Processing Time:
    • Approved refunds for CreditPe Store purchases will be processed within 7-10 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.
  • Non-Refundable Items:
    • Items that are used, worn, or not in their original packaging are non-refundable.
    • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

3. Groceries

  • Eligibility for Refunds:
    • Refunds are available for damaged or incorrect grocery deliveries. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • How to Request a Refund:
    • Contact support@creditpe.com with your order details and evidence of the issue (e.g., photos of damaged items).
    • We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  • Processing Time:
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
    • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Non-Refundable Items:
    • Refunds are not available for perishable goods once delivered and accepted.

4. Meals (Monthly Subscription)

  • Eligibility for Refunds:
    • Refunds for meal subscriptions are available if you cancel within 7 days before the next billing cycle.
    • Pro-rated refunds may be issued for unused days if canceled within the first 7 days of the billing cycle.
  • How to Request a Refund:
    • Email support@creditpe.com with your subscription details and reason for cancellation.
    • We will process your request and provide a refund for the unused portion of the subscription.
  • Processing Time:
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
    • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Non-Refundable Items:
    • No refunds for partial months or after the initial 7 days of the billing cycle.

5. Changes to the Policy

  • CreditPe reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
